My officially convocation will be on 9.8.2009 at MMU cyberjaya
I started to work since 16 JUN 2009 at Alps Electric, Nilai
Why i choose nilai ? is actually the unexpected and unplanned
My friend worked there for almost 1 year as a Sales Executive, and i'm had been informed that there is a vacancy for Sales Engineer.
For the 1st time they called up me for interview, i told them i'm having fyp presentation
For the 2nd time they called up me for interview, i told them i'm on my trip to Perhentian Island
At that time, i thought that me and this company no fate
But for the surprised, they called up for the 3rd time
I prepared everything about 'Sales Engineer' for the interview
The day i stepped into the interview room, they just told me i will be interview for the position as Production Engineer
Omg, My mind was blanked, I thinking what should i know as a Production Engineer
Lucky that, they send me to a room and let me do some IQ and maths test, at that time i instantly call up to a friend ask him what should i know as a Production Engineer
He explained to me patiently ,but i felf guilty to him because he get summon on talking phone whlie driving ><"
After done my test, i called up for 1 vs 2 interview
P1: Introduce your self
Me: bla bla bla bla ...... anything else you want to know ?
P1: what you do for your project?
Me: Voice recognition using NN ...bla bla bla bla ...
P1: Ohh...so is that hard for you ?
Me: tension, but i enjoyed the moment
P2: According to your resume, you had done your industry training 1 year ago, is it you graduated a year?
Me: No, i had enough credit hours and applicable to do my industry training a year earlier. ..
bla bla bla bla bla .....
P2: When is your last paper ?
Me: 23 May 2009, but the result haven't out yet
P1: you have confidence to pass the paper?
Me : Ermmmmmm ><""......SURE ! I only take one subject, if i fail i have nothing to said
P1: when can you start to work ?
Me: JULY
P1: Why must july ?
P2: Since you finished your study, why can't you start to work ?
Me: ERmm..When do you want me start to work ?
P1: As soon as possible
Me: Waaa...so urgent? ermm...i actually can start to work any time, but sorry to said that, i need to apply 1 week of leave to go for my hk trip
P1: When is your hk trip ?
Me: 27 to 4 of july
P1 and P2 is discussing there
P2: Ok, you may take 1 week of unpaid leave..is it ok for you ?
Me: waaa...sure reasonable, as long as, you hire me...and i still can go for the trip
P1: You like to travel ?
Me: Of Course, life is for enjoy !
P1: (nodding) when you start to work, you cannot take so much off arr !

P1: You come from melaka? is there any problem regrading accommodation and transport?
Me: Don't worry, I have a car ,i have friends around. Not a big deal for me to get a room =]

...............after 10 minutes, P2 call me back to the room
P2: I don't understand, when do you done your industry training....bla bla bla

P2: when will you get your cert ?
Me: my convo will be on 9.8.2009
P2: Ok, you may go back now, i will send you the offer letter within 2 days

My friend call me, asking me how was the the interview, i told them...they said will send me an offer letter within two days oh, she instantly said...waa..you so keng? they staright hire you le !
is it? i thought that it was the last conversation for every interview ?haha..

any where, after work one and the half month here...
My job scope is .... A to Z
what do you mean by A to Z ? do everything from A to Z ..><""
but any where, I will be handle the process layout for all incoming new models, prepare GUC
(Global unit cost) , FMEA (Failure, Mode, Effect, Analysis), trouble shooting, and alot alot of document reports by using Excel !
I just hating Excel ! Errggg..
and i need to deal with alot alot alot of parties ><""
although it is a good change for me to learn to be as a leader and monitoring
bUT If one of the parties not cooperating, i will not get my work complete and prefect
Haihh..what a serious issue for me ><
after some times, i found out that...those managers also need to prepare alot alot of documentation reports, i guess they more tension that me, since they plan for the budget and forecast
budget and forecast they planned is not always achieved ...that's why they always scold scold scold ><""
